About Piotr
The extensive expertise of Music Manager Piotr Tomaszewski promises vivid experiences where tango, music, and Berlin’s cultural history intertwine, creating a unique sensory journey.
Piotr grew up in Berlin in a Polish musical family and discovered his passion for music early on at the Deutsche Oper Berlin. His curiosity led him to Canada in his youth, followed by studies in social psychology and political science in Warsaw and Florence.
After graduating in 2010, he became a self-employed music agent and event organizer. His projects include the opening concert of the Philharmonie in Gorzów Wielkopolski, Verdi’s La Traviata at the Szczecin Opera, and coordinating the film music recordings for Park Chan-wook’s The Handmaiden. He has also organized orchestra tours across South Korea, Japan, and China.
Since 2012, Piotr Tomaszewski has hosted concerts for the Salon Orchestra of the Deutsche Oper Berlin and the tango ensemble Grupo Gardel.
